How To Go From Zero To $12K In 21 Days
Inside, I’ll break down the Shopify Playbook behind this $12K-in-21-days launch.
The same step-by-step process 2,600+ beginners use to start and improve their own online stores.
A 21-Day Online Store Launch Plan To Help You Reach The $12K Goal
After helping 2,600+ beginners, we found that most people get stuck for the same reasons.
92% worry they don’t know where to start.
We give you a 21-day checklist. It shows what to prepare first, when to review the store, when to launch, what numbers to check, and what to improve next.
87% worry they’ll choose the wrong product, build the wrong page, or set the wrong price.
We prepare the core launch assets before testing. Product selection, page layout, image placement, pricing logic, and the checkout path are organized before you start.
84% worry their store will go live and nothing will happen.
We use a launch → data → optimize workflow. You check visits, clicks, add-to-cart activity, checkout attempts, and early orders, then adjust the page, offer, price, or traffic source.
76% worry about what happens after a customer places an order.
We map out the order flow before you start. You know how orders are received, where product details go, how packing and shipping are handled, and how tracking gets updated.
69% worry they’ll end up doing everything alone.
We give you a repeatable weekly operating loop. After the 21-day launch, you keep reviewing data, improving the offer, testing traffic, updating the page, and running the store long term.
The Story Behind Edition #6
Hi, I’m Yasuhiro Onitsuka.
I’m from Japan, and I run an independent online store selling Japanese stationery.
Before joining Ecom 21 Days, I already had my store built. The products were listed. The store pages were live. But honestly, not much was happening.
I did not have steady traffic, and I was not getting consistent sales.
That changed after I joined Edition #3 of Ecom 21 Days. That edition was focused on Google Ads, and I learned how to bring more targeted visitors to my store.
Once real traffic started coming in, I finally had numbers I could work with.
After the store started getting steady orders, the Ecom 21 Days team invited me to share the process that later became Edition #6.
So I wrote down the process I kept repeating: prepare the store, launch traffic, check the data, fix the weak points, and keep running it.
That process became the 21-Day Online Store Launch Plan we now share inside Edition #6.
If you are interested in starting your own online store, you can come try the process, ask questions, and learn with other people who are building too.
Hope this helps you get started.
What Students Said After Edition #5
The feedback below is from students in the previous edition, Edition #5: TikTok Launch. They completed the 21-day window and shared their results afterward.
From $11/Hour To $12K+ Net Profit
I was working at ACE Hardware for $11 an hour. Before this, I had watched a lot of training, but it always felt like too many methods at once. Edition #5 gave me one clear order to follow. I knew what to do first, what to check next, and when to make changes. That made the whole thing feel much less confusing. By day 21, my store had reached $12,184 in net profit.

Michael and I had talked for years about building a small online business together, but we always stopped after a few days because we were doing it alone. In Edition #5, it helped to know other people were going through the same window at the same time. We could stay on track, split the work, and keep moving even when we were tired after work. By the end of the 21-day window, our store was at $13,276 in net profit.
Get The PlaybookNew To E-Commerce, $12K+ Net Profit
I was completely new to e-commerce. I wanted to start an online store, but I thought it would be too complicated for me. Edition #5 made it easier to start because I did not have to understand everything at once. I just followed the next step, finished the small task in front of me, and kept going. On day 21, my store was at $12,408 in net profit.
Get The PlaybookEdition #6 Is Open Now, But Only For A Short Window
We keep each edition inside a limited enrollment window because the launch process works better when the group size is controlled. If too many people join at once, it becomes harder to keep the experience focused and useful for everyone. If you want to see the Shopify Playbook, get access while Edition #6 is still open.
