1. Beginner Stage

The Beginner Stage Access Pass includes a 90-day no-reason refund policy. To request a refund, contact support using the same email used at checkout.

2. Advanced Stage

The Advanced Stage Access Pass is not refundable after unlock. It is designed for members who have already purchased Beginner and have waited 21 days before moving to the advanced stage.

3. Payment Issues

If your payment was successful but your access did not update, contact support with your checkout email and the approximate payment time.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed back through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.
