The educational walkthrough is available after submitting the access form and does not require payment.
$9.90 Business Setup
The one-time Business Setup is purchased separately after the walkthrough. It includes the First Order Plan, a connected business account, custom T-shirt sales page setup, factory fulfillment connection, access to $70 bonus ad credit for your first promotion, the 24-hour first-order method, and a profit-reinvestment growth strategy.
24-Hour Guarantee
Your 24-hour guarantee begins when your sales page goes live. If no first order is recorded within the following 24 hours, we will refund the $9.90 Business Setup fee in full.
Bonus Ad Credit
Bonus advertising credit is provided through the designated promotion workflow and may be subject to promotion eligibility, advertising platform review, and applicable offer terms.
Other Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged in error or a purchased setup service has not been delivered, contact us with the email address used at checkout and the payment details available to you. Other refund requests are reviewed based on the services already delivered and applicable law.
